How long will it take me to get my order?

Turn around time is 6-8 weeks once your inclusions (breastmilk, ashes, etc.) are received by me. I can ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada. Shipping fees apply.

What if I am having trouble with an order?

If you are having trouble placing your order, have additional questions/concerns, or want an update with your order please fill out a contact me form or reach out on social media and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

Once an order has been placed, but not started, I require a 15% cancellation fee

Once you receive your keepsake, it is your responsibility to take proper care of it in order to prevent any damage to the piece. I am not responsible for any damage caused by personal negligence, and therefore, you are responsible for all costs associated with repairing or replacing the jewelry/keepsake.

Due to the personal nature of these items and the time each order takes to complete, absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

It is your responsibility to give me your correct ring size when you place an order for a ring.

Once you pay your invoice that means you have agreed to my terms and conditions.

What if I want something special, but I do not see it on your website?

There are so many possibilities that and ideas for this jewelry and I simply cannot portray them all on my website. My goal is to help you have a memorable piece that you love, if you are willing to work with me but don’t see something you love please reach out to me via the contact me form or social media and I will personally work with you to make sure we find a piece that you will cherish forever and that fits your style.

Breastmilk/Ashes Inclusions:

Breastmilk I ask that you freeze and send 10ml of breastmilk in a small padded envelope or box with an ice pack if possible. I don’t need to receive the milk frozen, but not spilled or spoiled. I will preserve your milk and keep it on hand for up to 6 months in case you want to order any other pieces. You may purchase your preserved milk for me to send back to you if desired.

Ashes I ask for ¼ teaspoon and whatever I don’t use I will send back with your piece.

Other Inclusions Any hair, pregnancy caps, material, umbilical cords, etc. will not be sent back unless asked. These can be sent to me in a zip lock bag or a container that you see fit.

Terms & Conditions:

I will be keeping any left-over preserved milk with your name on it for future orders you may have, once I preserve your milk it becomes my property, if you want some of your leftover preserved milk, I will give you a small bag for $10.

All unused cremation ashes will always be sent back to you with your finished jewelry/keepsake. Any extra of other personal inclusions will be sent back to you with your finished jewelry/keepsake.
